The Journey From Start to Finish

Step 1: Choose Your Piece

A meaningful piece begins with taking a moment to look, feel, and understand what speaks to you.

You'll be welcomed into a calm, private space where you can see each piece up close, feel the weight and quality, compare metals, shapes and styles, take as much time as you need, and ask any questions without feeling awkward or rushed.

Most people tell us they know when they hold the right piece — something clicks and the decision becomes clear.

If you order online

You can message or call us at any point. We'll guide you gently, just as we do in person. Your comfort matters more than the order.

Step 2: Provide Ashes, Hair, or Fingerprints

This is the stage that causes the most anxiety and it's the one we make the easiest.

You have two completely safe and reassuring options:

Option A: Bring ashes or hair to our showroom (the most chosen option)

Many families feel uncomfortable posting ashes, which is completely understandable.

At the showroom, you can bring a very small amount with you, and we will log it securely and fill your jewellery while you wait, or complete it for collection later the same day.

This option gives you total control, no postal risk, no separation anxiety, and complete transparency. You see where everything is and how everything is handled. Nothing leaves your sight unless you choose it to.

Option B: Use our secure returns kit (if you cannot visit)

If visiting isn't possible, your kit includes a discreet labelled container, tamper-proof sealing, prepaid tracked postage, and simple step-by-step instructions.

Your parcel is tracked at every stage. As soon as it arrives with us, we notify you.

Step 3: We Craft Your Jewellery

Every piece is handmade in the UK by skilled jewellers.

During the crafting process, we treat ashes and hair with absolute dignity. We handle each inclusion individually, secure the ashes or hair inside a discreet chamber, permanently seal the piece, clean, polish and finish by hand, and complete a full quality check before it leaves us.

Your loved one's ashes are never mixed, never misplaced, and never left unattended. They remain clearly labelled and safely positioned at every moment.

Step 4: Final Checks & Presentation

Before your piece is returned, it undergoes several checks to ensure the chamber is securely sealed, the jewellery is structurally sound, the finish is smooth and flawless, and any engraving is clear and accurate.

Your completed piece is then presented in an elegant package containing a lined presentation box, a storage pouch, polishing cloth, certificate of authenticity, care instructions, and any unused ashes or hair carefully returned and clearly labelled.

Every detail is intentional. Every part of the experience is dignified.

Step 5: Collection or Delivery

How Long Does It Take?

Most pieces take 3–4 weeks from the moment we have everything we need.

If you have a meaningful date — an anniversary, birthday, or memorial — tell us. We will always try our best to help.

1. How much ashes or hair do you need?

Only a tiny amount — around half a teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair about the width of a pencil. Any unused material is always returned safely.

2. What if I'm not ready to decide?

That's completely fine. Visit the showroom, browse online, or call us to talk things through. There's no pressure and no expectation.

3. Can I include both ashes and hair?

Yes. Many families choose to include both, or to combine ashes with an engraved fingerprint or message.

4. What if I live far away?

Our secure postal kit makes it simple. Everything is tracked, and we notify you the moment your parcel arrives safely.
