Refund policy

All Devall and Son memorial jewellery is handcrafted to order. Because every piece is custom made and personally filled with your loved one's ashes, hair or other memorial elements, or personalised with engraving, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If you have any concerns about your order before or after it arrives, please contact us at sales@devallandson.com. We will always do our best to help.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Customers

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14 day cooling off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all Devall and Son jewellery is custom made and filled with personal memorial elements, this exemption applies to every order.
