How It Works

Choose your pendant and we send you everything you need. For ashes pendants, a filling kit is included so you can add a small amount of cremation ashes at home. For fingerprint or handwriting engraving, we send an impression kit or you can provide a scan of the handwriting. Your finished pendant is returned beautifully packaged.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much ash fits in a pendant?

Only a tiny pinch is needed. The chamber is small and discreet by design. A small amount roughly the size of a match head is all that is required.

What chain length should I choose?

Most of our pendants come with an 18 inch chain as standard, which sits just below the collarbone. Longer options are available on request.

Can I add a fingerprint and ashes to the same pendant?

Yes. Some of our designs allow for both a fingerprint engraving on the outside and an ashes chamber inside. Check individual product details or contact us.

Is the pendant waterproof?

Our pendants are designed for everyday wear. The chamber is sealed securely. We recommend removing before swimming or bathing to preserve the finish.
