Lead Times

All orders take 4 to 6 weeks from the moment we have everything we need. Custom made orders or gold orders can take up to 8 weeks.

We will keep you informed throughout the process, and if there are any delays we will let you know straight away.

If you have a meaningful date in mind, a birthday, anniversary or memorial, please tell us and we will always try our best to help.

How Your Order Is Delivered

Once your jewellery is complete, it will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery on a before 1pm service. This gives you full tracking and a signature on delivery for complete peace of mind.

Showroom Collection

If you prefer, you can collect your completed jewellery from our Nuneaton showroom. Many families find this a comforting and personal way to receive their piece.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your jewellery carefully when it arrives. In the event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt in writing or by email. All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with Royal Mail, but we will do everything we can to help you resolve any problems.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been filled with ashes or hair, or if the item has been personalised with engraving.
