Our Guarantee

We take great care in every piece of memorial jewellery we make, and we want you to feel confident that your piece is built to last.

What Is Covered

We guarantee to repair or replace your jewellery for up to 2 years from the date of purchase if damage is caused by a construction defect.

Gold plated items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover damage caused accidentally, by neglect, abuse or general wear and tear. The following are also excluded: leather straps, broken chains, the loss of stones and ash parts.

All repairs are at the discretion of the jeweller and will be limited to the purchase price of the item.

If Something Does Not Feel Right

If anything about your jewellery feels loose, damaged or not quite right, please contact us as soon as possible. We would much rather assess and fix it early than have you worry.

A Gentle Reminder

Please always keep a small amount of ashes safely stored at home in case of loss or damage. We hope you never need them, but it gives you peace of mind knowing they are there.
