The moment ashes or hair arrive — whether in person or by post — they are immediately labelled, photographed, and logged into our secure tracking system.

Step 2: Stored Separately & Securely

Your loved one's ashes are kept in individual sealed containers, stored in a dedicated secure area, completely separate from all other materials.

Never mixed. Never left unattended.

Step 3: Handled Individually

Each piece is completed one at a time by trained professionals. We work on one family's inclusion from start to finish before moving to the next.

No shared tools without sterilisation. No cross-contamination. No exceptions.

Step 4: Final Quality Check

Before your jewellery leaves us, we confirm the inclusion is secure, the seal is correct, engraving is accurate, and the finish meets our standards.

Only then is it prepared for collection or delivery.

Step 5: Unused Ashes Returned Safely

Any remaining ashes or hair are sealed in a labelled container and returned with your completed jewellery.

    If posting feels uncomfortable, you don't have to. Bring them to our showroom and we'll fill your jewellery on-site. If you do choose to post, our kit is fully tracked and we notify you the moment it arrives.

    2. What if my ashes get mixed up with someone else's?

    This cannot happen. Every inclusion is labelled immediately, stored separately, and handled one family at a time. We never work on multiple orders simultaneously.

    3. How do I know you'll treat them with respect?

    We are a family with generations of bereavement experience. We understand the weight of what you're trusting us with. Every member of our team handles ashes as if they were from our own family.

    4. What happens to any leftover ashes?

    Any unused ashes or hair are carefully sealed, clearly labelled, and returned to you with your completed jewellery. We never discard anything.
