Do not expose to prolonged heat or artificial UV light such as nail lamps or sunbeds, as this can affect the resin. Store in the pouch or presentation box provided when not being worn.

All orders take 4 to 6 weeks. Custom made and gold orders can take up to 8 weeks. Completed jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm, tracked and signed for). Showroom collection is also available.

Due to the custom nature of each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been filled or personalised with engraving.

Every piece is guaranteed for up to 2 years from the date of purchase against construction defects. Gold plated items are guaranteed for 1 year. This does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, leather straps, broken chains or loss of stones and ash parts.
