This Heart with Butterfly Accent keepsake urn is a small urn for ashes handcrafted from porcelain, finished in moss green with a warm yellow butterfly accent. Shaped as a gentle heart, it holds a small portion of a loved one's ashes as a treasured memorial keepsake.

Care instructions

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, cleaning or washing dishes. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and cosmetics by putting your jewellery on last. Do not expose to prolonged heat or artificial UV light such as nail lamps or sunbeds, as this can affect the resin. Store in the pouch or presentation box provided when not being worn.

Please always keep a small amount of ashes safely stored at home in case of loss or damage.

Delivery and return

All orders take 4 to 6 weeks. Custom made and gold orders can take up to 8 weeks. Completed jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm, tracked and signed for). Showroom collection is also available.

Due to the custom nature of each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been filled or personalised with engraving.

Guarantee

Every piece is guaranteed for up to 2 years from the date of purchase against construction defects. Gold plated items are guaranteed for 1 year. This does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, leather straps, broken chains or loss of stones and ash parts.
